Little penguins (Eudyptula minor) come ashore from the private beach to feed their chicks in burrows scattered across the property's lawns and garden. In addition to penguins, visitors regularly spot wild wallabies, rabbits, and birds-and occasionally a wombat-roaming the expansive grounds.
